Wahroonga - External Works

View some photos of our project we completed in Wahroonga, in which we worked to supply garden lighting to the front, and backyard. Other areas of the job included a smart system installed into the granny flat linking with the house as well as new switchboard and power circuits to power the new pool renovation. This job turned out great and the client was very happy with the final outcome!

We completed rough in fit off of bathrooms, all installed with new led lighting, floorheat controlled by timers, and new Powerpoints. We also finished a kitchen renovation, to bring this hub of the home to life, with new led strips under bench to create an inviting glow. We also installed new lighting  throughout this stunning property. As well as new powerpoints and switches throughout to bring this home back to life, and back to its former glory.

This project was a brand new home built on the Island, which made getting materials across a little more difficult, but brought a new challenge to the job. We completed the job for OCCO Constructions, and the finished product turned out great. The view from the job was awesome and the clients were happy with some of the nice features such as the led's in the shaving cabinets.

Discover our collection of photos of our recently completed Newport Project, the client approached us and was after a freshen up of their property to get the best price when looking to sell. We undertook a complete makeover of all lighting within and outside the premises, as well as new power points and switches. This helped to freshen up the house and give a new look, helping to bring in a new buyer.

We completed this job for a close friend of ours, the scope of works was to create a fun space that could create an inviting mood during the afternoons and at night turn into the party centre of the space. We used RGB led strips to illuminate this area and to create the variation between calm lighting to bright variations in colour. We also installed a wall mount tv and concealed all the cabling behind to leave the tv nice and neatly placed on the wall.

At this property we completed a full overhaul of all lighting and power. The client went ahead with a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. Complete with new lighting, power and subboard upgrade. Here we completed a new lighting and power arrangement to focus on the new design of the area to be changed into a clothing shop what was once a food preparation facility. The change in two vastly different business made it tricky to adjust the area to suit, but the new lighting positioning helped to highlight the specific change rooms and bench areas. 

At this project we installed some new garden lighting, to highlight the main features of the backyard and create usable path lighting. We designed the light layout, supplied all lighting and installed everything to create usable lighting within the garden. Here we used Aqualux garden lights and the aim of the job was to allow the clients to have a more useable space at night time, creating an area they could wander at night and relax.
